                                           Booking & Clinic Policy

 

At Iris Beauty Solution, we value your time and strive to provide the best service to every client. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask you to review our booking terms below.

 

1. Booking Confirmation.

All appointments must be confirmed at the time of booking. We may require your name, phone number, and email to reserve your session

 

.2. Cancellation & Rescheduling.

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a $25 cancellation feeNo-shows or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of your session, if part of a prepaid package

 

3. Late Arrivals.

 

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened to avoid overlapping with the next client's appointment. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

 

4. Treatment Eligibility.

 

Our treatments are non-medical and provided by certified technicians. You must be at least 18 years old or have written parental consent to receive treatment. Certain health conditions may require prior consultation.

5. Promotion on www.groupon.com.

We accept only one Groupon voucher for personal use per client, who never visited our business.
